Business Analyst Consultant

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>Capco is looking for a confirmed Business Analyst to join our Business Consulting practice. This role offers the opportunity to deliver real change for clients across Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance, and Wealth &amp; Asset Management. You will bring strong business analysis skills, combined with domain expertise, to help solve complex challenges and enable lasting transformation. Working in a consulting environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to define and deliver pragmatic, results-driven outcomes.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead business analysis workstreams, driving requirements definition, gap analysis, and solution design</li> <li>Translate deep industry knowledge into actionable insights across key financial services domains</li> <li>Shape and deliver business change, system implementation, and regulatory programmes</li> <li>Facilitate workshops, elicit and document requirements, and support agile or waterfall delivery</li> <li>Present structured findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong business analysis experience with proven change delivery across financial services</li> <li>Deep knowledge in one or more domains: Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance, or Wealth &amp; Asset Management</li> <li>Experience collaborating with delivery teams to translate business needs into functional designs</li> <li>Demonstrated consulting soft skills: adaptability, stakeholder management, structured thinking, and excellent communication</li> <li>Understanding of SDLC is a plus</li> <li>Understanding Agile/Waterfall methodologies with experience using tools like Jira</li> <li><strong>Good knowledge of French or Dutch <u>and</u> English</strong></li> <li>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why join us?</strong></p> <p>You will join a company that supports and encourages an entrepreneurial outlook and independent thinking.
