Business Analyst, Employer and Payroll Integration Engagement

Your Role:

• Supporting end-to-end project delivery with a strong focus on data analysis and project management.
• Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and project outcomes.
• Performing data validation, trend analysis, and basic reporting to generate actionable insights.
• Translating data insights and business requirements into clear functional deliverables.
• Coordinating review cycles, consolidating feedback, and tracking delivered solutions against business objectives.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and clients, including visiting client sites when required, to understand their requirements.
• Supporting project management activities, including timeline tracking, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination.

 

To Succeed in This Role:

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, and/or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data interpretation and requirements documentation.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• VBA or other coding / data skills would be an advantage.
