Associate Business Analyst- KSA

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of digital solutions by collaborating with stakeholders, users, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements. You will contribute to projects that improve business processes and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of small projects or contribute to specific workstreams within larger projects
• Gather, analyze, and document business and end-user requirements using Business Analysis techniques
• Prepare functional and non-functional requirements documentation, including use cases and process flows
• Coordinate requirements walkthroughs and support stakeholder sign-off activities
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to ensure requirements accurately reflect business needs
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Assist in analyzing business processes and modeling workflows to support solution design
• Monitor development progress to ensure solutions align with business and user expectations
• Support solution demonstrations and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Act as a communication bridge between business stakeholders, users, and development teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 0–1 year of relevant experience or internship exposure in Business Analysis or Software Projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment
• This role is open for Arabic speakers only

Preference will be given to Saudi nationals in line with Saudization initiatives; this role is open to Saudi nationals only as per local labor regulations.
