About the role
Your Role
- Support the preparation of regular engagement reports and presentation materials for internal meetings and project steering committees.
- Assist in analysing updating operational and engagement data (e.g. employer and member usage figures) for analysis and tracking.
- Help execute outreach and engagement activities, such as webinars, briefings, events and email campaigns, including logistics and follow-up.
- Coordinate with external partners (industry bodies, employers, event organisers) on meeting schedules, materials, and basic enquiries.
- Maintain records of stakeholder contacts, activities and campaign performance, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
To Succeed in the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good analytical mindset with interest in working with data to support decision making.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to draft simple decks and emails.
- Well-organised, detail-minded, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
