Business Analyst Middle [Payments & Transfers]

<p data-start="202" data-end="302">We are launching a bank from scratch in Colombia and building core financial products for our users.</p> <p data-start="304" data-end="555">The <strong data-start="308" data-end="337">Payments &amp; Transfers </strong>team owns key user journeys — from P2P transfers and bill payments to cash-in/cash-out and online payments. These flows are critical to the daily experience of our customers and directly impact product adoption and growth.</p> <p data-start="557" data-end="728">We are looking for a <strong data-start="578" data-end="598">Business Analyst</strong> to help launch and scale payment products through integrations with external partners and by designing seamless user experiences.</p> <p data-start="730" data-end="965">This role sits at the intersection of business, product, and technology, combining strong analytical and requirements skills with product thinking, and has a direct impact on the data-end="1109">Collaborating with external partners (payment providers, transfer systems) to launch integrations</li> <li data-section-id="1xheimq" data-start="1110" data-end="1223">Analyzing technical documentation (APIs, integration flows) and translating it into business requirements</li> <li data-section-id="xqsj2d" data-start="1224" data-end="1312">Gathering and documenting requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)</li> <li data-section-id="1agk8e8" data-start="1313" data-end="1396">Defining data and system requirements and supporting technical lifecycle: clarifications, UAT, and releases</li> <li data-section-id="cryqhj" data-start="1632" data-end="1698">Participating in daily team syncs and resolving ongoing issues</li> <li Business Analyst in fintech, banking, or payments</li> <li data-section-id="zlax84" data-start="2280" data-end="2368">Ability to read and understand technical documentation (APIs, integration flows)</li> <li data-section-id="1k76kd8" data-start="2369" data-end="2459">Experience working closely with engineering teams (technical background is a plus)</li> <li data-section-id="1t1anua" data-start="2460" data-end="2550">Proven ability to gather and document requirements (BRDs, user stories, use cases)</li> <li data-section-id="ghuk9f" data-start="2551" data-end="2630">Strong product thinking and understanding of user journeys and UX flows</li> <li data-section-id="1ka7yma" data-start="2631" data-end="2683">Experience working in cross-functional teams</li> <li
