The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis or Process Improvement roles, a passion for automation, and strong analytical skills to optimize internal workflows.</p> <hr> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Process Assessment &amp; Documentation</strong>: Analyze and document existing content authoring and QA processes, identifying manual steps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.</li> <li><strong>Opportunity Identification</strong>: Spot automation opportunities (e.g., RPA, system integrations, workflow optimization) to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.</li> <li><strong>Requirements Definition</strong>: Develop clear and concise functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide automation development.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration &amp; Solution Design</strong>: Partner with Automation Developers, QA Automation Specialists, and the Program Manager to design and implement automation solutions.</li> <li><strong>Impact &amp; Metrics</strong>: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented automation.</li> <li><strong>Knowledge Sharing</strong>: Act as a subject matter expert on processes, ensuring alignment and clear communication within the team.</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>What you’ll need</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>English: </strong>Advanced Level</li> <li><strong>Experience</strong>: 2–4 years in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or related roles.</li> <li><strong>Skills</strong>:</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and design effective solutions.</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English for documentation and team collaboration.</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Adaptability to evolving business environments, priorities, and technologies.</li> <li>Solutions-oriented with a passion for process optimization and automation.</li> <li><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>:</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.</li> <li>Experience with process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN), workflow automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms), or digital content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).</li> <li>Knowledge of programming languages, scripting, or APIs.</li> <li>Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro).</li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span class="normaltextrun"><span lang="EN-GB"><span lang="EN-GB">We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
