<div> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Business Analyst - Financial&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> FP&amp;A, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, CapEx &amp; OpEx, Financial Reporting, Excel Advanced, Power BI/Tableau, ERP (SAP/Oracle), IT Cost Analysis, Dashboarding</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ YOE</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Costa Rica, Colombia</p> <p><strong>Mode:</strong> Remote&nbsp;</p> We at Coforge are hiring for a Business Analyst - Financial position with the following skill set.<hr><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <p>• Own the monthly IT financial reporting cycle, producing variance analysis across all OpEx and CapEx line items by pillar and project<br>• Monitor and flag over- and underspend trends through rolling forecasts and budget tracking<br>• Build and maintain financial views across IT pillars and project portfolios<br>• Track project-level financial performance against approved budgets and business cases<br>• Support investment decision-making by preparing financial impact summaries<br>• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into financial performance and trends<br>• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure accurate financial data and cost allocation<br>• Conduct vendor financial analysis, including spend tracking and benchmarking<br>• Identify and resolve data quality issues within financial systems<br>• Support strategic financial analysis (cost optimization, vendor consolidation, build vs. buy decisions)<br>• Document financial processes, templates, and reporting frameworks</p> <hr> <h3><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></h3> <p>• +5 years of experience in IT financial analysis, FP&amp;A, or financial-focused business analysis<br>• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (OpEx &amp; CapEx)<br>• Proven ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership<br>• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)<br>• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Procurement)<br>• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills<br>• Experience in financial reporting and dashboard creation</p> <hr> <h3><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></h3> <p>• Experience in IT or technology financial environments<br>• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar<br>• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)<br>• Exposure to vendor financial analysis or commercial evaluation<br>• Understanding of IT project lifecycle and capital vs operating expense treatment<br>• Experience in professional services or consulting environments</p> <hr> <p><strong>Posted On:</strong> 05-06-2026</p> <p>At Coforge, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.</p> </div>
