We are now looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join our Athens office and contribute to the growth and success of our consulting services.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Plan Consultant with strong financial and accounting background to support the preparation and submission of investment proposals under the Greek Development Law , RRF and other funded national and European programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach. 

You will work closely with SMEs and internal stakeholders to prepare accurate, well-documented and financially sound business plans tailored to public funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft and submit business plans to national and EU programs (Development Law, NSRF, Recovery and Resilience Fund, etc.)
- Provide technical support, management, and supervision of business plans within co-financed programs
- Analyze and interpret company financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
- Prepare and justify capital expenditure budgets and funding structures (Equity, Loan, Grant).
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver effective consulting solutions
- Ensure compliance with program requirements and deadlines

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Postgraduate degree is a plus)
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting services especially in Greek Development Law or  RRF
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, ratios, forecasting, and cash flow modeling.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Greek & English (additional foreign language is a plus)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team-oriented with a methodical and result-driven mindset
