At Redwire, you will work closely with customers from concept development through mission operations to ensure mission success.</p></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong><br>We are looking for an experienced Financial Business Controller to strengthen our finance team. This role is focused on leading the full financial planning cycle, including budgeting and forecasting, delivering high-quality management reporting and financial analysis, and partnering closely with operations and leadership to improve business performance. You will be responsible for translating financial data into actionable insights, strengthening financial discipline across the organization, and helping to raise finance literacy at all levels.</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate financial concepts in an accessible and assertive way to non-financial stakeholders.<br>Given the size of the organization, the role also serves as backup and support for the Financial Controller during month-end close activities.
