Business Controller / Financial Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Controller / Financial Analyst for a company in Gothenburg. Start is July 1st, 9 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive OPEX follow-up (actuals vs. budget / forecast) and unification of ways of working across the organization

• Assist in monthly closing and estimate processes

• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses

• Structure, clean, and improve data management

• Support initiatives related to digitalization and automation of reporting

• Explore and support development of Power BI dashboards and tools

Who You Are

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar

• 1-3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or business analysis

• Strong interest in data, analytics, and business performance

• Understanding of basic financial concepts (P&L, costs, budgeting)

Skills & Competencies

• Very strong Excel skills and other Microsoft Office tools

• Interest and experience with Power BI, data visualization, or automation tools

• Curiosity about AI and digital solutions in finance is a plus

• Very good analytical skills and attention to detail

• Structured and proactive mindset

• Ability to collaborate across teams

This role requires fluency in English.

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is July 1st, 9 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
