In this role, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to transform internal and external data into high-value insight for senior stakeholder</p> <h3><strong>Your Future Role within QRT</strong></h3> <p></p> <p>· Partner with talent and business teams to create and deliver people analytics solutions</p> <p>· Conduct advanced analysis across internal and external datasets to uncover trends, insights, and new perspectives on people data</p> <p>· Develop and enhance analytical tools and prototype features that provide clear and actionable insights for senior stakeholders</p> <p>· Apply creative and analytical thinking to explore new ways of structuring, visualising, and communicating complex datasets and ideas</p> <p>· Manage the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, from data collection and validation through to reporting and visualisation, ensuring strong data integrity and reliability</p> <p>· Work cross-functionally to improve existing analytics capabilities and identify new opportunities for insight generation and workflow enhancement</p> <p></p> <h3><strong>Your Present Skill Set</strong></h3> <p></p> <p>· 1–3 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field</p> <p>· Degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent practical experience</p> <p>· Strong interest in financial markets and the hedge fund industry</p> <p>· Comfortable working with Python and data analysis libraries</p> <p>· Experience building analytical tools, dashboards, or prototype applications</p> <p>· Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code</p> <p>· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p> <p>· Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</p> <p>· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</p> <p></p> <p>QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
