Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Developer and Lead Generation Specialist to join their team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients, generating leads, and developing business opportunities in the AEC sector, mainly focused on the Civil Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will utilize various strategies and tools to grow the company’s client base and support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate high-quality leads in the AEC industry through research and outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.
- Track and report on lead generation and business development activities.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the AEC industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
