About the role

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the expansion of the commercial facilities business (restaurants, hotels, karaoke venues, offices, shopping malls, etc.) through both direct sales and channel partners.
  • Manage negotiations and contracts with new and existing customers, sales partners, and J.League clubs, including pricing discussions, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Plan and execute launches of new products and partners, develop distribution channels, and build and optimize operational processes.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans to maximize business impact.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to drive contract execution processes and initiatives to prevent unauthorized distribution.
  • Lead key projects related to the commercial facilities business, overseeing the entire cycle from planning and negotiation to execution.
  • Provide regular reporting to regional teams and headquarters.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (experience in IT services or sales to commercial facilities is a plus)
  • Experience in channel sales or channel partner management
  • Professional working proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Experience working in a global company
  • Experience in the video streaming industry
  • Marketing knowledge related to the sports business
  • Strong passion for sports and sports content
