About the role
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the expansion of the commercial facilities business (restaurants, hotels, karaoke venues, offices, shopping malls, etc.) through both direct sales and channel partners.
- Manage negotiations and contracts with new and existing customers, sales partners, and J.League clubs, including pricing discussions, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Plan and execute launches of new products and partners, develop distribution channels, and build and optimize operational processes.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans to maximize business impact.
- Collaborate with the legal team to drive contract execution processes and initiatives to prevent unauthorized distribution.
- Lead key projects related to the commercial facilities business, overseeing the entire cycle from planning and negotiation to execution.
- Provide regular reporting to regional teams and headquarters.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (experience in IT services or sales to commercial facilities is a plus)
- Experience in channel sales or channel partner management
- Professional working proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Experience working in a global company
- Experience in the video streaming industry
- Marketing knowledge related to the sports business
- Strong passion for sports and sports content
