Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition and retention
Ensure growth of invoicing in the existing accounts
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
Schedule and conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
Develop customized proposals based on client needs and preferences.
2. Sales Targets and Reporting
Meet or exceed the monthly revenue target of $25000 USD.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance.
Analyze sales metrics to adjust and optimize approach.
3. Market Research
Conduct research to understand market trends and competitor activities.
Identify new market opportunities for potential growth.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up on feedback and address concerns promptly.
5. Collaboration and Networking
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to enhance product offerings.
Attend industry events and trade shows as needed to represent the company.
6. Administrative Duties
o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
o Ensure all documentation and contracts are completed and processed efficiently.
