intercity bus operators and other relevant stakeholders to expand Flix's presence in the US West region&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and profitability&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct thorough market research to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decisions​&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with internal teams, including Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure cohesive strategy execution&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop processes and coordinate a variety of projects, making sure the interactions between departments are fluid and results are delivered&nbsp;in a timely manner&nbsp;</span></li> <li 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics,&nbsp;Communications&nbsp;or a related field&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">At least 1+ years of experience in an externally facing role (business development, sales, account management, or strategic roles, preferably with experience prospecting)&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Full of ambition, not afraid of rapid change, and able to deal with ambiguity&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical abilities, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication skills,&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;in data-driven decision-making and capable of building strong relationships with&nbsp;various
