As FastJobs accelerates its growth in Singapore, we are looking for a driven, energetic, and curious Business Development Associate to join our team.

Whether you are a fresh graduate looking to kickstart your career in tech sales, or a junior professional with a year or two of experience, this role offers high ownership, a hybrid work arrangement, and a direct line to our Director of Sales. You’ll get the unique chance to learn the ropes of a fast-growing startup from the ground up!

Who You Are
- You are a fresh graduate or have 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or retail/hospitality. (Prior experience is a bonus, but the right attitude is a must!)
- You are comfortable striking up conversations, pitching ideas, and speaking with business owners and hiring managers.
- You aren’t afraid of a "no." You have a positive mindset, love a good challenge, and are eager to learn how to source leads and make cold outreach.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, can adapt quickly, and are eager to master sales tools like CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- An interest in HRTech, recruitment, or SaaS is great. Extra points if you have worked part-time in F&B, retail, logistics, or hospitality and understand their hiring pains!

What You'll Do
- Undergo training to master the full B2B sales cycle, from finding potential clients to closing deals.
- Learn how to build a sales pipeline by reaching out to prospective employers via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and ground-up field visits.
- Conduct discovery chats and platform walkthroughs for local employers, showing them how FastJobs can solve their non-executive hiring challenges.
- Help new employers set up their accounts and post their first jobs, ensuring a smooth handoff to our Client Success team.
- Keep our CRM updated with your daily activities and sales progress.
- Represent the brand at local HR events and trade shows, while sharing feedback from the ground with our product and marketing teams.
