<h5>Growe welcomes those who are excited to:</h5> <ul> <li> <p>Perform market research on popular payment methods, payment behavior, and eCommerce landscapes across different markets;</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyze competitors, including their payment methods, flows, limits, and providers;</p> </li> <li> <p>Search for and establish relationships with payment and service providers in target markets;</p> </li> <li> <p>Negotiate fees and commercial terms favorable to the company;</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead onboarding and merchant account application processes, coordinating further handover to Account Management;</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop and own billing strategy, including long-term goals and execution plans;</p> </li> <li> <p>Evaluate potential partners and make decisions regarding contract signing and business fit;</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential partners;</p> </li> <li> <p>Attend conferences, industry events, and partner offices;</p> </li> <li> <p>Support partners through product launches, performance monitoring, and ongoing relationship management;</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage and mentor the team.</p> </li> </ul> <h5>We need your professional experience:</h5> <ul> <li> <p>Advanced English with strong business communication skills;</p> </li> <li> <p>3+ years of experience in Business Development or similar role within PSP/payments industry;</p> </li> <li> <p>1+ year of team leadership experience;</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience communicating with international partners and C-level stakeholders;</p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of:&nbsp;online payment systems and integrations,&nbsp;payment funnels and flows,&nbsp;KYC, AML, and compliance procedures,&nbsp;contractual relations and financial processes;</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, SimilarWeb, task tracking, and cloud storage tools.</p> </li> </ul> <h5>We appreciate if you have those personal features:</h5> <ul> <li> <p>Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills;</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong analytical and operational mindset;</p> </li> <li> <p>Rediness for regular business trips and international travel.</p> </li> </ul> <h5>We are seeking those who align with our core values:</h5> <ul class="Vacancy_vacancy__description__list__o_1gO"> <li class="Vacancy_vacancy__description__list__item__BsZ1X"> <p>GROWE TOGETHER: Our team is our main asset.
