About the role
- 2–5 years of experience in the energy industry, with direct ERCOT market experience.
- Exposure to digital assets or mining is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a background in business development and/or origination.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: energy, business, engineering, economics, or related).
- Support leadership in executing commercial strategies for retail electricity services and energy technology solutions.
- Assist in identifying and developing business opportunities with large power consumers, generators, and infrastructure partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis on ERCOT dynamics, customer segments, and competitor activities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across sales, product, legal, and operations teams.
- Contribute to managing relationships with key accounts and external partners.
- Monitor regulatory developments and market trends to inform internal strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building connections across the energy, digital asset, and data center sectors.
