Business Development Associate

<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our BD team. The role involves assisting senior team members in managing client/stakeholder interactions, documenting key insights, and ensuring smooth information flow across internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced business development environment.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day support to senior team members and work closely with them on ongoing tasks.</li> <li>Analyze documents/comprehensions to extract key insights and translate them into actionable to-dos.</li> <li>Attend business development meetings, capture detailed notes, prepare structured documentation, and share concise summaries with the broader team.</li> <li>Coordinate and maintain communication with brokers across APAC, EMEA regions, and other external partners.</li> <li>Organize and streamline the flow of information between third-party stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and comprehension skills - ability to break down information into actionable points.</li> <li>Prior HFT experience is a plus</li> <li>Experience in dealing with exchanges/ AWS is a plus</li> <li>Excellent communication and documentation skills (both written and verbal).</li> <li>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Comfort in interacting with global stakeholders and handling professional correspondence.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders in business development.</li> <li>Exposure to international markets and stakeholders</li> <li>A learning-driven environment with strong mentorship and growth opportunities.</li> </ul>
