About the role
- Take charge of cultivating a named account list, overseeing the entire sales process from prospecting to close, and manage client onboarding, launch, and user expansion
- Meet and surpass revenue targets and pivotal sales benchmarks
- Engage closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that Patlytics’ solutions are accurately designed and optimized for our customers
- Establish long-term, meaningful connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders, grasping their challenges and aligning Patlytics’ solutions to address their needs
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, spotlighting the capabilities of Patlytics’ AI systems to both prospective and existing clients
- Craft a comprehensive sales strategy/playbook that will scale, capturing valuable insights for future application across various accounts
- Proven success in selling highly technical software solutions to enterprise clients, whilst implementing a consultative, solution-focused, and value-driven sales approach
- Skilled in navigating complex, multi-faceted sales processes involving stakeholders ranging from top-level executives to everyday product users. Particularly skilled in translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Deeply committed to Patlytics’ mission, possessing a solid grasp of AI and its massive potential in enhancing IP intelligence. Keen interest in the legal profession, dedicated to empowering lawyers to excel in their roles more effectively and efficiently
- Enthusiastic about prospecting, capable of independently managing a sales cycle from prospecting to close
- A collaborative team player, adept at fostering partnerships across internal functions such as product development and legal
- Thrives on actively shaping our sales processes and cultivating a team-oriented sales culture. Dedicated to refining the value proposition of our solutions and creating impactful sales resources that drive our collective success
- Experience with or knowledge of AI and LLMs
- Experience in an early stage start-up
