<p>Signature Dental Partners (SDP) is an established and respected private equity backed dental support organization (DSO) providing affiliated dentists in the Western U.S. with proven non-clinical business support functions. This non-clinical support allows dentists to spend more time and attention on patient care rather than burdensome administrative functions. Affiliated dentists benefit from professionally managed non-clinical support services such as human resources, payor relations, group purchasing, vendor management, capital investments, staff management, recruiting, finance, marketing, and information systems.</p>

<p><strong>Scope and Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a Business Development Associate for Signature Dental Partners, who will play a critical role in generating proprietary leads and building a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities in support of the Business Development team. The candidate will join a highly collaborative and motivated team in a high growth environment with substantial opportunity to create value for all involved. Qualified candidates should demonstrate a strong desire and passion for sales and business development and a great goal-oriented attitude.</p>
<p><strong>Primary Job Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Generate leads through cold and warm calling efforts</li>
<li>Build deep pipeline of future acquisition opportunities</li>
<li>Outbound prospect qualification and company research</li>
<li>Manage and maintain prospect database ensuring accuracy and integrity</li>
<li>Work closely with business development team to progress leads through the deal cycle</li>
<li>Assist in marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Assist in additional administrative tasks as needed</li>
<li>Be a team player in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)</li>
<li>Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development roles</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with business owners</li>
<li>Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Results-oriented approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li>
<li>Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously</li>
<li>Adaptability and willingness to learn about new industries, products, or services</li>
<li>Knowledge of market research techniques and industry analysis is a plus</li>
<li>Local to the Phoenix, AZ area/willing to relocate</li>
<li>Ability to commute to the SDP office 4 days /week </li>
