About the role
We’re a UK-based cleaning company looking for a driven Business Development Coordinator to help us grow our Residential and End of Tenancy client base.
The Role:
You’ll coordinate new business efforts, manage leads, and work with the team to convert opportunities into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact warm leads to secure new bookings.
Support business growth through consistent follow-ups.
Keep records and update CRM systems.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.
What We Offer:
Base salary of R8,000 + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000/month).
Remote role with flexible hours.
40 days paid annual leave.
Opportunities for advancement in sales and operations.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.
Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Maintains resilience under pressure, handling rejection calmly.
Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.
Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
Own reliable laptop/desktop.
