The Opportunity
What You'll Do
- Represent CloudX across EMEA with professionalism and credibility
- Build strategic partnerships with EMEA's leading mobile publishers, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through onboarding
- Work with CloudX demand partners to onboard supply and generate positive monetization outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- Provide critical market intelligence on competitive dynamics, publisher pain points, and emerging opportunities
- Generate ROI through strategic industry event attendance and ecosystem relationship building

- Execute go-to-market strategy for EMEA
- Drive supply growth by onboarding publishers
- Shape global product roadmap through local market feedback
- Help develop repeatable sales and onboarding processes
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities based on publisher sophistication, growth potential, and strategic fit
What You Bring
- 5+ years mobile advertising experience across EMEA with proven track record in publisher partnerships at ad networks, exchanges, SSPs, or mediation platforms
- Direct publisher sales experience with consistent results in complex B2B cycles
- Existing network of mobile publishers across EMEA's gaming and non-gaming verticals
- Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
- Early-stage startup experience preferred

- Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of UA/growth strategies, mediation waterfalls, and connecting supply-side value to publisher LTV optimization
- Independent Operator: Thrives in high-autonomy roles, able to move quickly and solve problems independently
- Technical Fluency: Can discuss SDK integration, in-app bidding, mediation platforms, and auction dynamics with technical stakeholders
- Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of EMEA's mobile app ecosystem and competitive landscape
- Relationship Builder: Natural connector who builds trust quickly and maintains strategic partnerships based on mutual value
- Data-Driven: Analytical approach to pipeline management, market prioritization, and performance tracking
