About The Role
We are looking for a driven Senior Business Development professional to generate and convert qualified opportunities into revenue. You will play a key role in building pipeline, engaging prospects, and progressing deals through the early to mid sales stages.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly proactive, target-oriented, and ready to grow into a full-cycle sales ownership role. Candidates who bring an existing, relevant network or client base within target segments will be considered for additional incentives and accelerated growth opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute outbound and inbound prospecting to build a consistent pipeline
- Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to identify client needs
- Present Amoda’s solutions clearly and effectively to prospective clients
- Drive follow-ups and ensure opportunities progress across sales stages
- Support proposal discussions and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline tracking, and next steps
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or business development
- Proven track record in B2B sales / business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial thinking
- Ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders
- Target-driven and comfortable with a high-performance environment
