About the role
- Drive sales growth for Solar O&M contracts and solar PV performance improvement projects
- Identify potential projects involving plant upgrades, system optimization, equipment replacement and performance recovery initiatives.
- Perform site assessments on operating solar PV plants to evaluate technical conditions and commercial viability of improvement works.
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to develop customized commercial and technical proposals for clients.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers by identifying add-on services and new scopes of work related to O&M and system enhancement.
- Establish and grow relationships with existing, new external customers and asset owners.
- Take charge of preparing and coordinating tender submissions for O&M and solar PV enhancement projects
- Work with internal technical teams to develop accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Business, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear internal updates and professional client interactions.
- Demonstrated responsiveness and professionalism when engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
- Possess valid car driving license and able to travel.
