About the role
We’re growing EPOS Solutions, a suite of tools that help SMEs attract, convert, and keep customers. From our WhatsApp-integrated loyalty platform (EPOS Rewards) to digital marketing and website solutions, we equip businesses to grow smarter and faster.
We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional who thrives on creating opportunities, closing deals, and making a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Drive growth across EPOS’ full suite of solutions – loyalty, digital marketing, and website services
- Understand client needs and recommend the right mix of solutions to help them attract and retain customers
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients, expanding account value
- Hunt for new business through calls, demos, events, and outreach
- Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Team to qualify leads, run demos, and close deals
- Own your pipeline from start to finish, turning opportunities into measurable results
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital solutions; fresh grads with strong drive are welcome
- Prior experience in a marketing agency or digital agency sales environment is a strong plus – you understand how to sell marketing value to SME clients
- Confident, persuasive, and results-driven – you love hitting and exceeding targets
- Consultative in your approach – you can understand business needs and position the right solutions
- Proactive and resourceful – you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them
- Interested in tech, marketing, and helping SMEs grow
