About the role
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>Interpath Lab </strong>is looking for our next Business Development Executive (BDE) to continue to grow our relationships in the Portland, OR area. The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a people-oriented individual. The BDE is primarily responsible for sales growth within a defined territory and call points including women’s health, oncology, pathology, Pain Management, Behavior Health, hospitals and others that need clinical labs, anatomical pathology and have esoteric needs.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">This role is integral to developing and implementing national sales campaigns and sales strategies within their territory. This position requires significant levels of sales proficiency, account management, technical knowledge, and domain expertise, along with <strong>specific clinical and anatomical lab specific experience</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">This is a direct sales role responsible for maintaining a strategic pipeline that includes large – midsize opportunities. Successful product launches and new account acquisition and maintenance will be critical to ensure sales growth.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">This role requires industry experience and technical knowledge to identify, develop, and pursue customer. This candidate will also be viewed as a subject matter expert (SME) in the field and will have an indirect leadership role in regularly collaborating with resources in marketing, support, finance, and other key functional areas within the Interpath organizational network</span></p>

<p style="margin: 0px;" data-start="524" data-end="680"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated success in <strong data-start="548" data-end="580">closing large, complex deals</strong> with healthcare systems, FQHCs, behavioral health providers, or similar enterprise-level clients.</span></p>

<div style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Sales professionals must be able to: enter and exit their assigned vehicle repeatedly and be able to sit in vehicle/drive for up to 2 hours nonstop; load & unload assigned vehicle, with frequent bending involved; drive in all types of conditions, including built-up areas, freeway, and rural traffic, hours of darkness, and inclement weather; and occasionally kneel, bend, and stoop in order to perform vehicle inspections. </span></div>
