Our Business Development team operates at the center of this ecosystem, driving high-impact, direct partnerships with global technology leaders including Apple, Amazon, Amplitude, Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and many others. We unlock new opportunities, fuel cross-ecosystem growth, and shape the strategic agenda for the next wave of Genesis companies.
We are looking for a senior, visionary Business Development leader to join us in Warsaw, Dubai, or Kyiv. This role is designed for a C-level caliber executive who thrives in high-velocity environments, builds alliances that move industries, and knows how to turn strategy into tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Help building a world-class BD function: Elevate the team’s capabilities, introduce new standards, and enable the ecosystem’s ambitious growth mandate
- Unlock new business opportunities across a 50+ company portfolio: Identify untapped markets, product categories, and monetization pathways. Engage founders, C-level leaders, and external partners to turn insights into new group-wide initiatives
- Lead end-to-end strategic dealmaking: Structure, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with senior decision-makers. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving multiple Genesis companies and global partners
- Shape the future of Genesis partnerships: Influence product roadmaps, marketing strategies, incentive structures, and resourcing with Big Tech partners. Ensure Genesis businesses gain early access to innovations, betas, and strategic programs
- Craft flagship events and initiatives: Co-design high-impact summits, workshops, accelerators, and ecosystem experiences with global tech leaders
- Drive innovation in BD operations: Transform processes, introduce best practices, and pilot new initiatives that raise the operational bar
- Build long-term executive relationships across the global tech landscape
- Represent Genesis in front of our major partners and serve as a brand ambassador
Requirements:
- Proven exceptional leadership and ownership over strategic projects or businesses
- Track record of delivering exceptional commercial outcomes
- Strong communication, negotiation and storytelling skills
- Experience collaborating with C-Suite and senior leadership at global technology or enterprise companies
- Analytical mindset and the ability to effectively process and synthesize large volumes of complex information to derive strategic insights
- Demonstrated capacity to drive change and innovation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Excellent verbal and written English
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Big Tech, leading consulting firms, advertising/marketing platforms, high-growth tech companies or the like
Nice to Have:
- Experience hiring, scaling, and managing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, ad platforms, mobile apps, or platform economy
- Proficiency in other languages is beneficial but not required
