<h2>We are seeking a results-oriented, strategic, and high-energy Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth in the Agency’s digital and influencer marketing space. This role is designed for a seasoned professional responsible for expanding our client portfolio, driving significant revenue, and strengthening our presence across multinational agencies and key enterprise brands.</h2>
<h2>You will play a critical role in the company’s expansion, acting as a lead strategist for client acquisition and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital marketing solutions.</h2>
<h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></h2>
<h4><strong>Growth Strategy & Execution</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute a robust business development plan for digital and influencer marketing that aligns with the agency’s revenue targets.</li>
<li>Proactively identify high-potential verticals, market gaps, and partnership opportunities.</li>
<li>Analyze market trends to position our services effectively against competitors.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Client Acquisition & Relationship Management</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and initial outreach to high-stakes pitching and closing.</li>
<li>Build and nurture long-term, high-value relationships with key decision-makers at multinational agencies and enterprise-level clients.</li>
<li>Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a strong professional pipeline.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Strategic Solution Development</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Partner with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, and Operations) to craft tailored, data-driven digital marketing proposals.</li>
<li>Lead complex negotiations to ensure profitable deal structures and sustainable client partnerships.</li>
<li>Act as a subject matter expert on influencer marketing and digital trends during client consultations.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Reporting & Performance</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Maintain a consistent and predictable sales pipeline as well as update CMS (HubSpot), providing regular updates to leadership on KPIs and revenue forecasts.</li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.</li>
<li>At least 7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the digital marketing/advertising industry.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and acquiring enterprise-level accounts.</li>
<li>Extensive understanding of digital marketing channels and solutions: Influencer Marketing, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content Marketing, Marketing Tech, etc.</li>
<li>Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to command a room and influence C-suite stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and a performance-driven mindset.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high expectations.</li>
