About the role
We are recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager on behalf of our client – a leading global player in the OTC derivatives brokerage space.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven individual to play a key role in client acquisition and relationship development across eFX, CFDs, and other OTC derivative products.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling OTC derivatives (eFX, CFDs)
- Proven track record with a regulated brokerage firm
- Strong existing and convertible client portfolio (professional and retail HNIs)
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards and professional integrity
- Full understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks
Role Responsibilities:
- Originate and onboard new clients through proactive networking and lead conversion
- Manage the full sales lifecycle including KYC, onboarding, and ongoing support
- Collaborate across internal departments to deliver a seamless client experience
- Represent the firm with professionalism and commitment to service excellence
Candidate Profile:
- Native Arabic speaker with strong command of English
- Resident of the UAE for at least 5 years
- Willing to relocate or commute to Abu Dhabi at least twice a week
