About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mobility and delivery space.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, ops, data) to launch and scale initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate actionable reports using SQL and Tableau.
  • Take full ownership of projects, driving execution with speed and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the mobility, delivery, or logistics industry.
  • Strong decision-making skills based on data insights and real-world impact.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau — you must be comfortable working with data to drive strategy.
  • Clear understanding of ownership culture — we need doers, not just planners.
  • High level of personal productivity and self-management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
