And now, as we expand our Partnerships Team, we’re looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to deepen engagement with our existing partner ecosystem and maximize results.</p>

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage & Grow Partnerships<br>Build and strengthen relationships with existing partners through phone, email, Zoom and LinkedIn—turning partnerships into consistent, scalable deal flow.<br> </li>
<li>Maximize Partner Portfolios<br>Own a book of existing partners, drive engagement, and ensure they remain active referral sources. <br> </li>
<li>Develop a Book of Business<br>Execute a proven strategy for partner activation while refining your own approach to scale results.<br> </li>
<li>Collaborate Across Teams<br>Work alongside our high-performing advisor team to ensure partners’ referred clients have a seamless funding experience.<br> </li>
<li>Stay Ahead of the Market<br>Monitor business lending trends and keep your partners informed with insights that strengthen NBC’s reputation as their go-to funding partner.<br> </li>
<li>Leverage Modern Tools<br>Use CRM systems, email automation, and LinkedIn outreach to manage your partner pipeline and accelerate engagement.</li>
</ul>

<h3>What Sets You Up for Success</h3>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, or Account Management.<br> </li>
<li>Previous experience in partnerships or managing external referral relationships strongly preferred.<br> </li>
<li>Track record of building and managing client/partner portfolios with measurable results.<br> </li>
<li>High-achiever mindset – competitive, coachable, and resilient.<br> </li>
<li>Skilled communicator, problem solver, and trusted relationship builder.<br> </li>
<li>Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.<br> </li>
<li>Comfortable with prospecting and occasional cold outreach to expand your book.<br> </li>
<li>Motivated by performance-based income with a long-term growth trajectory.</li>
