About the role
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients across industries in the UAE for staffing, recruitment, and professional services.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and offering customized workforce solutions.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of services and high client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations, proposals, and agreements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and forecasts through CRM tools.
Requirements
- Proven UAE experience (mandatory) in business development, preferably within staffing/recruitment or professional services.
- Strong track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Good understanding of T&M (Time & Material), staffing models, and workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
