Business development manager (Crypto/CFD Product)

We are committed to expanding our footprint and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead this effort.</p> <p><strong>How you are going to make an impact 🛠</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify and build relationships with local IBs/Affiliates, traders and other potential partners to promote PrimeXBT in the local market in order to achieve user growth and trading volume growth.</li> <li>As a representative of PrimeXBT, to maintain a good relationship with IBs/Affiliates and marketing channels to achieve long term cooperation.</li> <li>Be responsible for the execution and performance of IBs/Affiliates strategy, track and analyze channel cooperation results and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.</li> <li>Keep abreast of local industry developments trends and competitor movements and strategize corresponding actions.</li> <li>Daily communication with colleagues as well as partners to maintain results and track how things are going.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Discover your Fit 🪄</strong></p> <ul> <li>Background in business development in Crypto/CFD industry is a must, 2 year +;</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills;</li> <li>Portfolio of partners</li> <li>Good verbal and written communication skills .</li> <li>Passionate about the cryptocurrency industry.</li> <li>Able to use English at a sufficient level for fluent communication.</li> <li>Work well under pressure, strong in execution.</li> <li>Excellent use of google office and friendly with both numbers and spreadsheets.
