Responsibilities

• Carry out effective networking with established and new channels leading to sales.

• Maintain existing channels and build new ones leading to sales (new accounts sign up and/or loan usage)

• Deliver excellent customer service leading to high customer satisfaction, including business partners - thus entrenching long term banking relationship with both groups.

• Conduct sales presentations to distribution channels.

• Monitor customer loan portfolio mix (monitoring concentration risk) leading to growth in interest revenue and fees without compromising lending risk guidelines (including margin maintenance service calls)

• Ensure sound control in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by delivering approved sales process, and proper evaluation of customers through due diligence, and excellent KYC execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years experience in relevant field.

• Experience in marketing of loans products, preferably investments related to stocks and shares, coupled with a digital mindset.

• Strong sales, communication and presentation skills.
