About the role

The Role
We are hiring a Global Business Development Manager who will build a predictable flow of qualified senior search projects
What you will be responsible for:
Your core mission is to generate and convert new business opportunities.
This includes:
Identifying and engaging founders, Team Leaders, HR Directors, and Talent Leaders in tech companies
Initiating conversations around hiring challenges
Qualifying real business need
Converting prospects into signed search projects
Building a stable pipeline of qualified opportunities
This is a revenue-generating role with direct impact on company growth.
You have:
Solid B2B sales experience (2-4+ years)
Managed the full sales cycle end-to-end
Generated your own pipeline (not inbound)
Conducted live client meetings (online and offline)
Closed service-based or solution-based deals
Sold to decision-makers (founders, directors, C-level)
You may come from:
SaaS or technology sales
HR-tech or recruitment
Consulting or professional services
VC ecosystem exposure
Or any other industry where you owned B2B revenue and worked directly with senior stakeholders
This role requires someone who:
Understands business conversations.
You can speak about growth, hiring pressure, cost of delay, scaling challenges.
Knows how to move deals forward.
You don’t just “build relationships.” You drive the next steps.
Is comfortable face-to-face.
You’ve met clients in person. You can represent the company in real conversations — not just over email.
Operates independently.
You don’t need daily direction. You manage your funnel and your numbers.
Takes responsibility for results.
You are responsible for your pipeline and revenue results.
