About the role

Open doors. Identify and engage family offices, EAMs, MFOs, and UHNW principals in Hong Kong and Greater China. Turn conversations into demos, demos into pilots, pilots into long-term clients.

Own the full cycle. From first meeting to signed contract -- you run the process. You manage your own pipeline, set your own pace, and report directly to the CEO.

Be the trusted advisor. Canopy isn't a one-call close. You'll educate prospects on how data aggregation solves their real pain points -- fragmented reporting, manual reconciliation, lack of portfolio-level visibility -- and position Canopy as essential infrastructure for modern family offices, EAMs, and MFOs.

Build the Hong Kong playbook. What works in Singapore may not work in Hong Kong. You'll figure out the right channels, messaging, and partnerships for this market. Your learnings will shape how we scale the team here.

• Leverage AI in your workflow. Use AI-powered tools for prospect research, client intelligence, and market analysis. You'll have access to cutting-edge AI capabilities that most sales teams won't see for years -- and your feedback will help us build the next generation of AI-driven sales tools.

Requirements

Must have:

• 3+ years in a client-facing role in wealth management, private banking, family office, EAM, or financial services -- you understand how wealth owners think

• A network (even a small one) in Hong Kong's wealth ecosystem -- family offices, private banks, EAMs, trustees, or wealth advisors

• Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)

• Entrepreneurial mindset -- comfortable with ambiguity, self-directed, excited about building something from scratch

Great to have:

• Experience selling SaaS, fintech, or technology solutions to financial institutions

• Understanding of portfolio reporting, data aggregation, or multi-custodian challenges

• Curiosity about AI and willingness to adopt new tools -- no technical background required, just an open mind

• Prior startup experience or comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
