About the role
<h2>We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (Sales Manager) to join AnyMind Thailand’s Business Development team. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between our cutting-edge AI technology and leading brands. You will be responsible for driving quarterly revenue growth, conducting deep market analysis to outpace competitors, and managing high-value portfolios. We need a leader who is not only a closer but a strategist who understands the balance between aggressive growth and healthy profit margins.</h2>
<h2>What You'll Do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.</li>
<li>Conduct in-depth research on market trends, brand positioning, and competitor movements to identify unique selling propositions and competitive advantages.</li>
<li>Exercise decision-making authority over project budgets, special discounts, and complimentary offerings to clients.</li>
<li>Build and nurture long-term relationships with client groups, managing a high-impact portfolio with a project value of huge-million THB.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the team to optimize the lead generation process, ensuring the development and conversion of high-quality prospects.</li>
<li>Work closely with the operations and tech teams to ensure that AI-driven advertising solutions are delivered effectively to meet client KPIs.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Who You Are</h2>
<ul>
<li>At least 4–8 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the Digital Advertising, AdTech, or Media Agency industries</li>
<li>Strong ability to manage P&L at a project level, with a disciplined focus on maintaining profit margins and cost-effectiveness.</li>
<li>Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Highly analytical with the ability to translate market research and data into actionable sales tactics.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of online advertising ecosystems and a strong interest in how AI and technology drive modern marketing.</li>
