Our proprietary trading platform and integration with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) provide our clients with a robust and versatile trading experience. We are committed to expanding our footprint <strong>in Nigeria marke</strong>t and are seeking a highly motivated Business development manager to lead this effort.</p>
<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>We’re looking for a Business development manager to help scale our global partner ecosystem.</p>
<p>In this role, you’ll be responsible for <strong>finding, onboarding, and activating high-quality partners</strong> who bring new traders to the platform. You’ll own the journey from first contact through activation, working closely with partners to launch campaigns and reach performance milestones.</p>
<p>This is a <strong>hands-on, performance-driven role</strong> with a clear impact on growth.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<p>Partner Sourcing & Outreach</p>
<p>Identify and source potential partners (influencers, educators, communities, agencies)<br>Prospect via LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, events, and local networks<br>Run structured, personalized outreach across email, messaging apps, and calls</p>
<p><br>Qualification & Deal Management</p>
<p>Assess partner quality, audience relevance, and growth potential<br>Conduct discovery calls to understand goals and promotion strategies<br>Present partnership models (revenue share, custom deals where applicable)<br>Negotiate terms and agree on short-term performance goals</p>
<p><br>Onboarding & Activation</p>
<p>Onboard partners into tracking and partner systems<br>Educate partners on tools, tiers, and best practices<br>Support partners in launching their first campaigns<br>Monitor performance and help optimize towards activation</p>
<p><br>Performance Ownership</p>
<p>Drive partners to reach Active status (5+ first-time deposits)<br>Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up discipline<br>Handover activated partners to Business Development Managers with full contents</p>
<p>Operational</p>
<p>Knowledge of the West Africa region<br>Existing relationship with with active IB's, Affiliates, Influencers & KOL's an added advantage<br>Sales driven & self starter<br>Knowledge & experience of the CFD & Crypto industry is must</p>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<p><strong>Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development within Trading industry.</li>
<li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Comfort working with targets and KPIs</li>
<li>Organized, proactive, and follow-up driven</li>
<li>Experience using CRMs and digital tools</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or online platforms</li>
<li>Familiarity with influencer or affiliate ecosystems</li>
<li>Experience working with global partners</li>
</ul>
