About the client:

We are working with a leading European specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of central nervous system disorders (CNS) currently seeking a Business Development Manager – Out Licensing. The position is based in Barcelona and offers a hybrid work model.

Your mission:

Reporting to the Chief Business Development & Innovation Officer, you will lead the global out‑licensing strategy, identifying, structuring, and executing licensing opportunities across our product portfolio and pipeline.

Your work will be instrumental in expanding our international commercial footprint through strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, and long‑term collaboration models.

In addition to driving new global out‑licensing opportunities, this role will have full responsibility for managing and maximizing the value of the existing out‑licensing portfolio, ensuring contractual commitments are met and budgeted net sales and EBITDA targets are achieved.
