<div>We’re looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager who knows how to win in lending, finance or channel sales environments, someone who thrives on building relationships, influencing partners and driving consistent deal flow.</div>

<p>Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll own a QLD territory and be responsible for driving growth through broker, aggregator and referral partnerships.</p>
<p>This is a true channel sales role, you’ll spend your time in market, building trust, educating partners and positioning Prospa as the go-to lending solution for their SME clients.</p>
<p>Success in this role comes from your ability to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Turn relationships into repeat referral pipelines</li>
<li>Influence partners to prioritise Prospa</li>
<li>Create momentum across your territory and consistently hit your numbers</li>

<h3><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Build and grow a portfolio of broker, aggregator and referral partners within your territory</li>
<li>Execute a clear territory plan focused on driving consistent deal flow and originations</li>
<li>Present Prospa’s value proposition to brokers and partners to generate regular opportunities</li>
<li>Proactively identify and win new channel partnerships across lending, finance and adjacent sectors</li>
<li>Maintain strong partner relationships to ensure Prospa is front of mind for SME lending needs</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>What you'll need to succeed</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in business development within lending, finance, fintech or channel sales</li>
<li>A track record of driving revenue through broker, aggregator or referral networks</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the SME lending landscape and broker ecosystem (highly regarded)</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in managing a territory and consistently hitting sales targets</li>
<li>A proactive, “hunter” mindset with the ability to identify, engage and win new partners</li>
<li>Outstanding relationship-building skills, you build credibility quickly and influence outcomes</li>
<li>Commercial acumen and the ability to understand what drives partner and SME client decisions</li>
<li>High energy, resilience and a passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li>
