About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Prepare and present effective business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to close business deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance service offerings.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports to management on business development progress and opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [Industry-Specific Experience, e.g., IT, Healthcare, Real Estate].
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with market research tools and techniques.
