Business Development & Operations Associate

<p>We are supporting a fast-growing digital asset infrastructure company focused on the tokenisation and liquidity of real-world assets (RWA), including private credit and fund-based products.</p> <p>The platform enables traditionally illiquid financial assets to be transformed into tradable, on-chain instruments with built-in price discovery and integration into broader digital markets.</p> <p>The company works closely with leading financial institutions, asset managers, and crypto-native capital, and operates at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3 infrastructure.</p> <p>They are looking for a junior, high-potential candidate who wants exposure to institutional business development and operations within a Web3 / digital assets environment. As a Junior BD &amp; Operations Associate, you will support senior team members by handling client-facing logistics, follow-ups, coordination, and internal business operations, while gradually building exposure to institutional sales processes and capital markets.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support business development activities, including client meeting coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups</li> <li>Prepare meeting materials, notes, and internal summaries for senior stakeholders</li> <li>Assist in managing client onboarding logistics and post-meeting action items</li> <li>Coordinate across internal teams (product, legal, operations) to support client requests</li> <li>Track BD pipelines, CRM updates, and key operational workflows</li> <li>Support general business operations, reporting, and ad-hoc initiatives</li> <li>Attend client meetings in Hong Kong when required</li> <li>Help ensure smooth execution of day-to-day business and operational tasks</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields</li> <li>Strong interest in financial markets, digital assets, or blockchain technology</li> <li>Clear communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)</li> <li>Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling multiple tasks</li> <li>Willingness to attend client meetings and work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Internship or project experience in crypto is a plus</li> <li>Basic understanding of capital markets, funds, or structured products</li> <li>Familiarity with crypto concepts such as DeFi, stablecoins, or tokenisation</li> </ul>
