Tasks
We are looking for a **Business Development Partner** to support the growth of PraktikaX by promoting and selling our programs to:
- Universities & educational institutions
- Companies & organizations
- Government & public sector entities
- Training centers & professional bodies
This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, confident in communication, and motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Edu Praktix programs (internships, bootcamps, industrial courses, workshops, and custom training).
- Identify and approach potential partners and clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutions and decision-makers.
- Conduct online meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Coordinate with the internal team to align client needs with suitable programs.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline independently.
- Represent Edu Praktix professionally in all communications.
Requirements
**Strong background or interest in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Education.**
- **English level: C1 or equivalent (mandatory).**
- **Arabic language: Strong advantage.**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset and comfort with commission-based work.
- Experience in selling B2B services, education programs, or training solutions is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with universities, corporates, or training ecosystems is an advantage.
