The future of this team will continue to evolve, but initial results are impressive, and the team today is making a huge impact. BDRs will be a member of EverDriven’s Marketing team and, as such, they will work in cooperation with other members of Marketing, Sales, CS, RevOps, and other cross functional teams as needed. BDRs will need to act as a liaison and provide the highest standards of customer service to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external communications between current data-contrast="auto">Proactively&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and qualify potential leads through research and outreach </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in EverDriven’s services</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Work alongside the&nbsp;Marketing and&nbsp;AE team to refine and execute outreach strategies to maximize impact in high value territories </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives to&nbsp;progress&nbsp;the sales process and drive revenue</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;records of interaction sand follow-up activities in the CRM system (Salesforce&nbsp;+&nbsp;HubSpot)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with leadership across Marketing and Sales to refine messaging, processes, and outreach strategies.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Responsible for ensuring that reporting and communications with management and senior management is frequent and years of experience</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum&nbsp;1-2+ years of professional experience (sales, customer success, or any fast-paced role where&nbsp;you’ve&nbsp;honed communication skills).</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">A growth mindset—you love feedback and see challenges as
