**The Role**
This is a hands-on, **learn-by-doing** sales development position with comprehensive training and ongoing support. You'll take ownership of your results from day one.

Tasks
Your responsibilities include:
- Ou**tbound calling t**o generate interest and schedule qualified meetings for senior sales representatives or clients
- Fo**llowing up on positive email responses t**o secure meetings while prospects are engaged
- Ma**naging client communications d**uring the 9am–5pm EST window with quick response times to inbound leads
- Ma**intaining accurate CRM and dialer records a**fter every interaction
- Pr**oviding daily activity reports h**ighlighting progress, successes, and challenges
- Ma**naging appointment logistics i**ncluding rescheduling to optimize client calendars
- Co**ntinuously improving processes u**sing AI tools, proven scripts, and best practices from Expansion Americas

- Language skills **–** English and/or Spanish: near-native fluency (C1 level or higher)
**Valuable Background:**
- Sales, customer service, fundraising, or call center experience
- Experience in fast-paced, results-oriented environments
- Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools like email platforms and power dialers
- Experience with productivity tools such as Slack, Airtable, and Notion
