About the role

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for actively prospecting for potential clients using a multi-channel approach (primarily telephone, email and LinkedIn).
  • You will identify and qualify new ERP project opportunities using the BANT method and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • You will support marketing campaigns, events and webinars, from preparation through to targeted follow-ups.
  • You will ensure the quality of data in the CRM and make sure all information is up to date and complete.
  • You will analyse the market, research targets and propose new ideas for sales strategies.
  • You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver the best value to prospects.

Profile

  • You are communicative, motivated and enjoy persuading others with innovative solutions.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can see opportunities where others see challenges.
  • You are comfortable with digital tools: you are familiar with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pardot.
  • You work independently whilst maintaining a strong team spirit.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
