About the role
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for actively prospecting for potential clients using a multi-channel approach (primarily telephone, email and LinkedIn).
- You will identify and qualify new ERP project opportunities using the BANT method and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- You will support marketing campaigns, events and webinars, from preparation through to targeted follow-ups.
- You will ensure the quality of data in the CRM and make sure all information is up to date and complete.
- You will analyse the market, research targets and propose new ideas for sales strategies.
- You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver the best value to prospects.
Profile
- You are communicative, motivated and enjoy persuading others with innovative solutions.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can see opportunities where others see challenges.
- You are comfortable with digital tools: you are familiar with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pardot.
- You work independently whilst maintaining a strong team spirit.
- You are fluent in French and English.
