The Role

We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. As a BDR, you’ll play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and driving our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, qualifying sales opportunities, and supporting customers through the application process. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative company.

What You’ll Do

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Actively support prospecting efforts to identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold outreach, social media, and networking

  • Research and qualify leads to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile

Sales Opportunity Qualification and Meeting Booking:

  • Qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and assessing their potential fit

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services

  • Schedule and book qualified meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff

Customer Application Support:

  • Provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the application process

  • Guide customers through required documentation and ensure timely completion and submission of applications

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and application status

What You’ll Need

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

  • A proactive and results-driven approach

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities

The expected OTE range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. The starting wage will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, and internal pay parity. The OTE figure listed here includes base salary and commissions, which may or may not be earned depending on performance.
