About The Role
We’re hiring a fully remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting.
This is a high-performance, outbound-only role. Your job is simple:
Generate qualified demos for our sales team—consistently.
You’ll be reaching out to dental and healthcare clinics across North America to introduce Claio’s AI solutions and book meetings.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who:
- Is highly self-driven and disciplined
- Thrives in an independent, performance-based environment
- Is comfortable being measured on output and results
What You'll Do
- Research and identify target accounts in the healthcare and dental space
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate qualified meetings
- Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on defined criteria
- Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track outreach activity and results
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign performance
- Learn the Claio product inside and out to effectively communicate value to prospects
- Contribute to refining outbound playbooks, messaging, and cadences based on what's working
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2–3+ years of BDR/SDR experience (SaaS preferred)
- Proven outbound track record
- Strong self-management and accountability (critical for remote)
- Comfortable with high activity (especially cold calling)
Highly preferred:
- Experience in dental or healthcare
- Experience in healthcare SaaS
