We are looking for a Junior Business Development Representative to support the growth of our Business Assurance division. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop strong commercial skills in an international and dynamic environment.

  • Identify and contact potential clients (prospecting, outreach, networking)
  • Support the sales team in developing new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with international clients and understand their needs
  • Assist in preparing commercial proposals and offers
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Keep CRM updated and support sales reporting activities

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or internships
  • Strong interest in business development and B2B environments
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent Bulgarian and good level of English
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
